27.415 MHz LSB Freeband Radio Equipment QSO Part 2 15 July 2016
Discussion of various amateur ham radio equipment on the ham bands and CB 11 meter free band freeband frequencies just above CB channel 40 (27.405 MHz) 27.415 MHz is often used for SSB communications – much like many other frequencies in the 27.3 to 28 MHz range (in 5 kHz steps USB/LSB). Many of these stations QSY from channel 38 LSB 27.385 MHz LSB the North American SSB CB calling frequency. Chances are these operators, like many stations operating freeband SSB, are using modified ham radio equipment.
