——–
In this clip, Bandman Kevo spoke about catching a state case for scamming in 2012, and beating the case. He explained that his lawyer, which he paid $75,000, had a relationship with the judge, which he believes is how he was able to win the case. Bandman Kevo then went on to detail the feds picking up the case, which he felt like he could’ve beaten if it weren’t for information they found on his laptop and phone.

Waste of money to put up for a lawyer on a fed case. The public defenders for federal law are not like the ones for small state stuff. They are experts on federal law, they have to be. Not to mention federal prosecution has like a 97 percent conviction rate. Save your money.

You don’t beat the state case….the State drops it because the feds are gonna pick it up and state prosecutors already know this. I been practicing over a decade. The state just didn’t want to waste the resources. Glad you turned things around young man.

Pro tip: if you are have incriminating evidence or you are completely finished using any electronic device disassemble it then use a drill to drill holes through it especially if it has any hard drives ssd eproms or whatever just make sure the device cannot be recovered

All information on your computer remains in what is called the “Kernel” – anyone who knows how to access the “Kernel” system can access any & all information that has ever been entered on that computer ….the only way to prevent your “Kernel” from being exposed , you have to burn the computer to ashes – encryption, proxy, vpn, the tor & security software will not save dat ass

Did he ever say if he had a business or high-paying job as a cover up. Do lawyers ask how their scam/fraud clients have the money they have?

75k for a fraud case in the state ???? that lawyer was ready for this guy. Not going to hate on band because he drops a lot of gems on people. Should have lost the state case so you miss the fed case. I know a guy that got 5 years in the state out in 3, but had he gone fed it was a 15 year ride minimum.
