Last week we caught up with buzzing Alabama rapper Big Yayo for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our sit-down he talked about what he’s been up to during the quarantine, being born in Mobile then moving to Birmingham when he was in the 4th grade, jumping off the porch, just starting to rap last year, his career taking off so quickly, working at Wal-Mart before his rap career took off, being influenced by Chief Keef, NoCap & Rylo Rodriguez, freestyling in his music, wishing he would of started rapping sooner, the music scene in Birmingham & Alabama right now, getting shot outside one of his first concerts, signing with Cinematic Records & Soldier Life, his relationship with Luh Soldier, his debut project “On God”, recording the project in 3 days, his single “No Pen” hitting one million views on YouTube, his video “Mr. Incredible”, working with TLE Cinco, and much more!
