During our conversation he talked about DMV fashion, being from Landover Maryland, compares it to Atlanta, having a rough childhood, being in Foster Care, changes he would like to see in the Foster Care system, his relationship with his stepfather, jumping off the porch, running from the police when he was in the 8th grade, being in In School Suspension for the entire school year, getting his GED while he was locked up, getting a regular job when he came home, starting to make songs when he was 8 years old, dropping “Pain & Possibilities” which blew up, labels reaching out to him, signing to Signal Records, his life changing since he signed, his relationship with Seddy Hendrinx, following up with “Money Problems” & “Relapse”, writing his song “Play This At My Funeral” while on the bus, being vulnerable in his music, making music fans can relate to, working with BabyChiefDoIt on “COOLN”, the inspiration for his song “Joey Story”, his new project ‘Love Me As I Am’, announces deluxe, his thoughts on the music scene in the DMV right now, shares advice for the youth, plans for 2025, and much more!
