"I listened to quite a few songs from this young brother, just like I do to a lot a Detroit rappers, & he is nice in the booth". "But i think that he is a little bit misinformed about Detroit Eastside/westside history". "Because the Eastside & the Westside both have Good & bad neighborhoods". "And back when i grew up, the Eastside probably had more bad neighborhood". But its not so today". Both sides are fucked up". Note: "I’m 49yrs. Old, im from Dexter Ave. & I’ve done 20yrs. Of my life in prison". "And when I hear a lot of the young guys from the Eastside say things like, the Westside have 2 parent home, & are spoon fed". Or we only struggle hard deep in the trenches on the East". "It boggles my mind". "Because me & most of my friends grew up very poor". With single parent homes, On welfare". And as far as the Westside not coming on the Eastside". "Let me give him a history lesson of Detroit Westside". Y. B.i ("who were originally from Dexter/Linwood/Highland park neighborhoods". Were everywhere in the City & had a strong hold on the Eastside & in every housing project in Detroit". "And even though this started in the late 1970s -1980s, Westside people are still on the East" . I paroled on east Warren & Neff in 2014 & my family was already there for 10yrs. My oldest son is originally from Joy road, and he grew up in the Red Zone 7mile & Gratiot area". And I know quit a few people from the west who have always made money on the Eastside, went to war with the Eastside". Plus, i have never had any real problems on the Eastside ever since I’ve been going back in forth since the early 1980s". And back then, you actually had more Westside guys on the Eastside hustling, than you had Eastside guys on the west". Ask your older family members have they ever heard of any Eastside hustler/killer that wasn’t affiliated with Y.B.I getting money on Dexter Ave. In the 1980s". "And if any of them are eating on Dexter Ave right now, 9 times out of 10, they are affiliated with someone". "And lastly, when ever their is a video of Detroit’s most dangerous hoods or Detroit’s most dangerous hoods VS Chicago most dangerous hoods, You’ll always see Dexter & Waverly on there". All facts"!!! "But whoever would like to continue this Eastside /Westside myth be my guess, but play at your own risk on the wild wild westside"! ????

I’ve been gone from Detroit since 2013. I had every intention of coming back, but life haven’t allowed it. I’m still shooting for it. The city is a very special place…..really the state to be honest.

This is real talk. He a young bro, but he for his mind right but still respect the life and game of the streets. I’m a real OG from East Jefferson and Chalmers area, and you know it’s nothing but the trenches down there. That’s where all the true Gangsters, Killers and Hustlers came from. Benji World Kinkaid, the Twins Don and Ron, BJ Chambers, Demetrius Holloway, Big Ed, Pedro, I can go on and on. But let me tell you in the 80’s our hood was like the red zone is now.
