All I do is workout wholistically because life is an imprisonment until death part me from this realm and sow. If you two times stronger than the weight of your body then you better be equally strong and stronger with your chess because the wrong emotion can move you or someone else in a square or situation which was not suppose to happen. So sitting back in the hood is never the game plan for tactical training. You best start hiking, mountain climbing, tree climbing, rope climbing, biking, swimming, camping in extreme weathers to include knowing how to operate a plane and helicopter, semi truck to bus and ship. Kayak too. We use to be in shape like that but fell off thousands of years ago. Now most watch people do sports plus be subjected to wanting to be lavish but never being able to put into work when you know the systems fail. Start being militant and I bet your whole lifestyle change to include how the way you see movements. Evolution is all that is left and that is naturally within. The ones out here in the hood etc is suppose to be exercising in the mornings and evenings for at least an hour. Suppose to be securing any unsafe acts and immoral actions from harming the youth, elders and mothers. Purchase a vehicle and put so and so security on the drivers and passenger doors. Equip with a flashlight and radio so each unit taps in on certain shifts. If you have no business registered to the state or college student, then you should not be moving unless a female, who is going to work, request for an escort to and from work to include a ride to and from work which should be convoy of at least 3 vehicles to prevent immoral and unethical situations occur. Do this on a normal basis and that is called a routine but also an exercise. Exercise socially which is what I just explained. Exercise physically. Exercise mentally by being the best literary artist you can be to include scholar. Exercise wholistically and watch people change around you too and the youth gravitate to you more naturally.
