Last week we sat down with Alabama rapper Jr. Boss for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our conversation he talked about life in Montgomery, the Ridgecrest neighborhood, jumping off the porch when he was still living in New York, gong to federal prison for 3 years, people switching up on him while he was locked up, Eldorado Red & Doe B encouraging him to rap, the music scene in Montgomery right now, his new project w/ Rubberband OG ‘Free Dope 2’, upcoming projects ’Still Straight’ & Public Enemy #1 Pt. 2’, his new video “Nokia”, being an independent artist, fatherhood, and much more!
